When I tell people that I’m vegan, the first thing they ask is, “Where do you get your protein?” I’m honestly a little tired of asking this questions so here it is: peanut butter, lentils, almonds, quinoa, pine nuts, oatmeal, avocados, peas, chia seeds, brown rice, black-eyed peas, broccoli, green beans, spinach, cashews, veggie burgers, kale, chickpeas, kidney beans, edamame, pecans, pistachios, brussel sprouts, coconuts, and pretty much any other plant food
